  Completely reconditioned street style pay phones. Phones were taken out of service, all parts/paint stripped and outside housing completely repainted/reassembled with new or like new parts. Phones have been modularized and will work in standard phone outlet. Phone comes with "T" key which allows access to upper housing and/or coin box. An optional Lock/Key Set or Backboard can be purchased to outfit your phone exactly as those in service on the street or in a business. Click on the image for a closer look. *** PLEASE NOTE: *** Rotary Dial Telephones including this Rotary Dial Pay Telephone will NOT "Break Dialtone" if the "Traditional Land- line" at the Telephone Company Central Office that supplies Telephone Service to you NO longer supports Analog (Rotary Dial) Service. This is a Copper line often referred to as a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line. You will be able to Receive incoming telephone calls but will NOT be able to "Break Dialtone" and make Outgoing telephone calls. Phones lines on the Digital Platform (U-Verse, Cable, etc.) are on a completely different Digital Platform and don't support the Old Traditional Landline Analog Service. There are devices on the market including the Dialgizmo Pulse to Tone converter which will convert the pulse dialing from your old rotary telephone to DTMF tones compatible with modern VoIP equipment.
