How do I contact you about my order status?

Within 24 hours of checkout, we will you an email confirmation. This email will include contact information for any order inquiries and your Order ID. If you do not receive this email, you can contact us via e-mail. We also send emails to advise you of the current status of your order.

Remember our customer service is only open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM CST. Make certain that you have your Order Number that was provided on the confirmation page that was given to you as you placed your order.
